Return Policy
At Shooters Outdoor Supply, we are committed to providing you with high-quality outdoor gear and shooting supplies. Due to the nature of some of our products, we have specific return guidelines in place to ensure the safety and satisfaction of our customers.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Condition: Only items in their original, unused, unopened packaging and in resalable condition are eligible for return. Opened, used, or tampered products cannot be returned for safety reasons.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Ammunition: All ammunition sales are final. Due to safety regulations and federal laws, we cannot accept returns on ammunition.
- Reloading Components: Primers, powders, and other reloading components cannot be returned once the packaging is opened or tampered with.
- Hazardous Materials: Products classified as hazardous materials cannot be returned under any circumstances.
2. Return Process

Initiate a Return:
- Contact our customer service team at sales@shootersoutdoorsupply.com to request a return. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Return Authorization:
- If your return is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return the item(s).

Package the Return:
- Items must be securely packaged in their original, unopened packaging. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package.

Ship the Return:
- You are responsible for shipping the return back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not liable for lost or damaged returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
3. Refunds
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3-5 business days to process the refund.
- Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 10% may apply to returns of reloading supplies and other eligible items, which will be deducted from your refund.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
